Lenexa's open central-county location means full wind exposure during severe weather — properly anchored, heavy-gauge gutters last significantly longer here.
Local Issue #1
Undersized 5-inch gutters on steep west-Lenexa roofs
The steep architectural roofs in Falcon Ridge and Falcon Valley shed huge volumes of water to just a few low points, and the original builder-grade 5-inch runs overshoot in heavy rain. On a new install here we size up to 6-inch K-style with 3x4 oversized downspouts at the loaded corners, so the system actually carries what these roofs throw at it.
Local Issue #2
1970s ranch gutters past their life in central Lenexa
Central Lenexa's 1970s ranches and split-levels still carry original gutters that are sagging, pulling loose, and well past the 20-30 year mark. We replace them with continuous .032 seamless aluminum set on a true pitch with hidden hangers every 24 inches, so the new run drains correctly and stays anchored through Lenexa's full open-county wind exposure.
Local Issue #3
Complex multi-level runs on Lenexa split-levels
Split-levels and two-story homes in Manchester Park and Canyon Creek have staggered rooflines and stacked runs that have to hand off water cleanly from one level to the next. We plan each transition and valley before forming, then roll-form on site so every level gets one continuous, correctly pitched seamless piece instead of leak-prone sectional joints.
