Premium gutter replacement for Independence homes
A lot of Independence homes are running their original gutter system well past its life. On the pre-1940 Square-style and Truman-era homes, and on the 1945–1975 ranches in Fairmount, Englewood, and Maywood, those first-generation runs sag, leak at the seams, and pull away from rotting fascia. Once 30%+ of the system is failing, a full tear-off and replacement beats chasing repairs across a worn-out run.
We remove the old system, repair the fascia underneath, and install brand-new seamless aluminum sized to the roof — properly pitched, on hidden hangers, with right-sized downspouts. For historic-district homes we offer half-round seamless aluminum in a copper-tone or bronze finish for a period-correct look without copper's cost.
