How do I sign up?

Click "Enroll" on the plan you want. That opens our online scheduler with the plan name pre-filled. We'll call within 1 business day to confirm details, take payment (one annual charge), and schedule your first cleaning.

When do you schedule the cleanings?

Spring cleanings happen April-May (after the last freeze, before pollen storms). Fall cleanings happen the first 3 weeks of November (after most leaf drop is complete). We schedule yours into one of those windows and email a confirmation 7 days in advance.

What if I have a big tree dropping debris between cleanings?

Pro and Premium plan holders get 10-15% discount on additional cleanings. If your home has 4+ mature trees within 30 feet, we recommend Premium plus one mid-summer add-on cleaning ($120 with discount).

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before annual renewal. Plans don't auto-renew without confirmation - we email 45 days before renewal asking if you want to continue. No surprise charges.

Does the plan cover gutter guard cleaning?

Cleaning around guards is included. Removing and cleaning under sealed guard panels is an add-on (most homeowners don't need this annually).

What counts as "minor repairs" on the Premium plan?

Rivet replacement, end-cap re-sealing, hanger tightening, single screw replacement, downspout strap re-attachment. Anything that takes under 15 minutes on-site and uses under $20 of materials. Larger repairs (sections of fascia, full hanger replacement, downspout replacement) are quoted separately with a 15% plan discount.

What's the "storm-damage priority response"?

After any NWS severe weather warning for your ZIP, you get bumped to the front of our inspection queue. We aim for 24-hour visual inspection, 48-hour photo report. Useful for documenting damage promptly for insurance.
