How long does the on-site estimate take?

Most estimates take 20–30 minutes on-site. We measure your gutters, inspect the fascia, walk you through options, and answer every question. No high-pressure sales pitch — bring as many questions as you want.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes — completely free, no obligation. Whether you choose us or not, the estimate and written quote are yours to keep for 30 days. We don't charge a "consultation fee" or "trip fee" like some KC competitors.

When will I get the written quote?

On-site for simple jobs (single-issue repair, straightforward install). Within 48 hours for everything else. Most KC homeowners receive their written quote the same day as the visit, emailed as a PDF.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

We strongly prefer it — we like to walk through the project with you so you understand what's being quoted and can ask questions. If you can't be there, we can do a drive-by inspection and send the quote digitally, but the on-site walk-through usually catches issues a drive-by misses.

What if I need same-week service?

Mention "active leak" or "emergency" when scheduling and we'll prioritize your visit. Most active-leak situations get a same-week appointment. Storm response after major hail/wind events runs 2–3 weeks due to demand.

Can I get a same-day quote by phone?

For simple jobs (single-leak repair, downspout replacement), call (816) 469-9563 and we can sometimes give a phone estimate based on photos you text us. For full installations or multi-issue repair, we need to see the home in person to be accurate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), and 0% financing through Wisetack for qualified applicants. Payment is typically due on completion — we don't ask for large deposits.

What if it rains the day of my install?

We monitor the forecast and reschedule when weather makes the install unsafe or low-quality. You'll get a call by 7am the morning of with the call. No penalty for weather rescheduling.
