What is a ARC (Architectural Review Committee)?
ARC (Architectural Review Committee): The HOA committee that approves or denies exterior changes to homes in the community.
Full definition
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC, sometimes called the Architectural Control Committee or ACC) is the HOA committee that reviews and approves or denies homeowner-submitted plans for exterior modifications: paint colors, roof replacements, fence installations, and yes, gutter color/style changes.
Most ARCs respond to submissions in 7-21 days. Premier provides written specs (color name + brand, profile, hanger type) that you submit to your ARC.
