Follow the gully uphill to its cause: a downspout jet (bury it, $300-$700/line), a slope funneling several yards into one channel (interceptor French drain, $25-$60/LF), or hardscape shedding at an edge (channel drain or catch basin $350-$750). Re-spreading mulch and topsoil just reloads the target.
